4. The applicances listed in Schedule 1, excluding the appliance described in point 2, shall be provided with
(1)  a permanent label bearing an attestation of the tested energy efficiency of the appliance, issued by a certifying body; or
(2)  a permanent label, illustrated in Schedule 3, obtained from the Minister in the case provided for in section 6 of the Act respecting the energy efficiency of electrical or hydrocarbon-fuelled appliances (chapter E-1.2).
